1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and spinoy88 ("spinoy88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the spinoy88 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at spinoy88.app and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the spinoy88 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on spinoy88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of spinoy88, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the spinoy88 Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

spinoy88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification document (UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on spinoy88, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one spinoy88 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. spinoy88 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, spinoy88 reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and withhold winnings generated through duplicate account activity.

• KYC Verification: spinoy88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine AML regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents before your first withdrawal or at any time spinoy88 deems necessary. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
• Account Ownership: Your spinoy88 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to use your account.
• Contact Information: You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. spinoy88 will use your registered mobile number and email address for all account communications, including OTP verification, transaction notifications, and security alerts.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your spinoy88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your spinoy88 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your spinoy88 account and not reuse passwords from other online services.
• You must notify spinoy88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
• spinoy88 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to spinoy88 immediately.
• spinoy88 is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except where such losses result directly from spinoy88's own negligence or security breach.

spinoy88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your account and personal data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge this inherent risk by using the Platform.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. spinoy88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending KYC review. spinoy88 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1–3 banking days for bank transfers, though these timeframes are not guaranteed.

5.3 Currency. All transactions on spinoy88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). spinoy88 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

5.4 Transaction Limits. spinoy88 may impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard.

5.5 AML Compliance. spinoy88 is required by Philippine law to monitor transactions for suspicious activity. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requirements or temporary account restrictions. spinoy88 cooperates fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other regulatory authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

spinoy88 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. spinoy88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players in certain regions or to players who have previously abused bonus offers.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay – constitutes bonus abuse. spinoy88 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
• Promotion Changes: spinoy88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus winnings is capped at a multiple of the original bonus amount as specified in the relevant promotion.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the spinoy88 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply:

• RNG Certification: All spinoy88 slot games and RNG-based table games use certified Random Number Generators independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, spinoy88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. spinoy88 is not liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spinoy88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one spinoy88 account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games and poker variants.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing spinoy88 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of bugs must be reported to spinoy88 and will be voided.

9. Responsible Gaming

spinoy88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the spinoy88 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the property of spinoy88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without spinoy88's prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinoy88's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your spinoy88 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

spinoy88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if spinoy88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

spinoy88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by You. You may close your spinoy88 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by spinoy88. spinoy88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) spinoy88 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) spinoy88 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on your account; or (d) your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.

12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination – including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 14 – shall continue to apply after account closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

spinoy88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, spinoy88 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact spinoy88's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits spinoy88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
